The Pulsar Axion XQ30 Pro is one of Pulsar's most compact and affordable thermal monoculars, a great way into thermal without breaking the bank. It fits in one hand yet has a high-sensitivity 384 × 288 sensor (NETD <25 mK) for clear detail in poor weather, a 30 mm lens and detection out to 1,050 m.
